Q. When will my order ship?
A. We strive to get every order out within a couple days. Sometimes it takes us longer depending on volume of orders at the time. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
Q. What is your return/exchange policy?
A. We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we do not accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
You are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you responsible for any loss in value.

A. We only use your information to communicate with you about your order, to fulfill your order, and for legal reasons (like paying taxes). We do not sell or give your information to anyone looking to solicit your business.
