The perfect Power puff Bubbles costume in blue sparkle spandex including a crop tank top or bralette and skater skirt with black waistband. The skirt is a true circle skirt. The standard length of the skirt is 15.5" from top of the waistband to the bottom hem. If you'd like the skirt to be a different length, please say so in the comments when ordering.
