Our classic high waist hot pants with scrunch ruching detail in back to offer a "cheekier" look. These hot pants are made of stretchy opal holographic spandex and sit high on your natural waist. Wear as a bikini bathing suit bottom, panties, rave shorts, running shorts, etc. They have a built in liner and are made to be flattering to your figure.
