Made of stretchy metallic silver on black holographic spandex, this circle high waisted holographic skater skirt swings and twirls with movement. The hologram colors are gorgeous in the light. The skirt length is 15.5" from top to bottom - but if you'd like it shorter, please say so in the personalization box.
