These holograph hot pants are high-waisted and made of stretchy opal holographic spandex and sit high on your natural waist. Wear as a bikini bathing suit bottom (but don't expose to chlorine or saltwater), panties, rave shorts, running shorts, etc. They have a built in liner and are made to be flattering to your figure.
